Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Fluffy Rides LLC’s services, including the rental of Electric Animal Scooters (“Animal Rides”) at our location in FairOaks Mall, Virginia. By renting and using our Animal Rides, you (“Lessee”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Rental Eligibility

Lessees must be  at least 18 years old  to rent an Animal Ride. Minors may ride under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Riders under  4 feet tall  must be accompanied by an adult.
Maximum combined weight for a ride is  250 lbs.  with no more than  two riders at a time.
Riders must be physically capable of operating the ride safely.

2. Rider Responsibilities

Lessees must  operate within designated areas  and are  not allowed  in stores, food courts, elevators, escalators, or stairways.
Food and drinks are  not allowed  while riding.
Riders must  follow all safety guidelines  and  avoid reckless behavior, including bumping into other riders or pedestrians.
Lessees  assume full responsibility for the scooter while in use and must return it in the same condition.

By using our services, Lessee acknowledges that riding Electric Animal Scooters involves  inherent risks, including the risk of falls, collisions, and personal injury.
Lessee assumes  all risks  and agrees to release Fluffy Rides LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from  any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during use.
Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Fluffy Rides LLC harmless from any  claims, lawsuits, or damages  arising from their use of the rides.

5. Termination of Service

Fluffy Rides LLC reserves the right to  refuse service  or  terminate a rental  if a rider violates these Terms or engages in  reckless or dangerous behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the  State of Virginia. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

7. Changes to Terms

Fluffy Rides LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
