Frequently Asked Questions

Riders under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by an adult. There is no specific age requirement; however, all minor riders must have adult supervision.
Each scooter can accommodate up to two riders simultaneously, with a combined maximum weight limit of 250 lbs.
Rental rates and durations are as follows:
  • 10 minutes: $10
  • 15 minutes: $15
  • 25 minutes: $20
An additional fee of $1 per minute applies for any time beyond the initial rental period.
Riders must stay within the designated riding routes inside the mall. Entering stores, the food court, elevators, escalators, stairs, or exiting the mall is prohibited.
No, for safety reasons, consuming food and drinks while operating the Electric Animal Scooters is not permitted.
Yes, adults can ride the scooters, provided the total weight on the scooter does not exceed 250 lbs.
To operate the scooter:
  • Turn on the switch located under the right footrest.
  • Insert the key into the keyhole under the left footrest and turn it clockwise to start the music and timer.
  • Press the acceleration button on the right handlebar to move forward.
  • Release the acceleration button and place your feet down to stop.
  • Turn off the switch and park the scooter after your ride.
A delay beyond the initial rental period will result in an additional fee of $1 per minute, charged to the payment method on file.
Lessee is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The Company may charge repair costs up to the full replacement value of $1,000, at its sole discretion.
